This position will work closely with our Laytonsville and Millersville offices, as well as future locations as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset and thrive in a collaborative and evolving work environment.

✅ 3+ years of HR experience required
✅ Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
✅ Strong communication, organizational & problem-solving skills
✅ Experience in landscaping, construction, or contracting industries is a plus
