If anyone tried to email me the last few days, I'm sorry my email wasn't working. The domain registrar changed hands and the transition didn't go smoothly. It should be working now.

Please be patient with all the small businesses you've purchased from by mail this year. We do not have regional distribution centers, local stores to ship from or special agreements with the post office. All carriers are overwhelmed and many Christmas mailing deadlines are already past. Some sorting centers are ignoring first class packages for weeks while they deal with the priority packages.

Holiday shipping gridlock is delaying 6 million packages a day A crush of mail and packages is stranding millions of shipments and causing mounting frustration for consumers.

DECEMBER 10 is my Christmas order cut off deadline this year. Even then I cannot guarantee things will arrive by Christmas. With mail volume being at an all time high for every carrier, packages are sitting at hubs waiting to be loaded onto trucks for a week or more in some areas. Packages that normally would be loaded on planes are going cross country by truck.
