To Our Valued Clients & Friends,

We regret to announce that due to health concerns, and our Layton lease expiring, we have made the difficult decision to sell our Layton OasisPlus Therapies Spa to Palm Beach Tan.

Effective Feb. 1st, all Tanning, Red Light and Sauna memberships, passes and sessions will be transferred to and honored by Palm Beach Tan. We will be working together closely to make the transition as smooth as possible. Palm Beach Tan is very excited to serve the Layton community!

All Other Services Moving To Our Roy OPT
Beginning Monday, Jan 26, we invite our Layton FLEX, Chiropractic, Hyperbaric, Cryotherapy, Compression and GLP-1 clients to be served in our newer, larger Roy Spa where we offer all the same services and amenities as in our Layton Spa, including Massage!

Let’s Extend Those Jan 28th Expiration Dates!
Come to Roy and we will extend the expiration dates for these services through 12/31/26 for any unused packages, passes or Free Plus Services that expire on 1/28/26 (with the exception of Layton Tanning, Red Light and Sauna packages & passes).

Massage Members
For massage members who choose not to come to Roy, desire to cancel and still have unused massages, we are more than happy to allow them to be used or shared for massage or any of the other services we offer through December of 2026. Unused massage balances will expire on Jan 1, 2027.

For all other Layton membership clients who would like to cancel rather than come to Roy for these services, please just let us know. We naturally would love it if you gave us a try in Roy first.

Look What’s Coming To Roy!
Not only are we bringing most of our above average, kind, caring and amazing Layton OPT Team Members with us to Roy, but we are also bringing our:

Sitting Hyperbaric Chamber
3 Person Sunlighten Infrared Red Light Sauna
Mega Plus Tanning Bed (Layton Room 8)
Mega Max Tanning Bed (Layton Room 10)
“Chill” Mega Max Tanning Bed (Layton Room 22)
Red Light Panels: Roy will now have eight panels, four on each side of the Red Light booth!

As a result, there will be lots of major changes and upgrades that will occur in our Roy Spa. We invite you to come to Roy and check them out!

Don’t miss out on the opportunity to be entered in our Big Screen TV Give-A-Way for 6 Big Screen TV’s on Friday January 23rd!

Drawings will occur in Roy @ 1pm, and in Layton @ 3pm. Need not be present to win…but if you are, you’ll get 5 additional entries and you can also be entered into a drawing to receive one of 5 additional prizes for products and services to be drawn at that same time at each location. Free Apple, Raspberry & Peach Fritters will be served!

Dear OPT Clients,

In an effort to place ourselves more in line with industry standards, we will be placing expiration dates on passes and packages as follows:

1. Bonus Bucks & Free Plus Services - 30 Day Expiration
We hope this will motivate you to come back more often, and maybe even try a few more of our different services.

2. Packages and Passes - 60 Day Expiration
All Packages and Passes purchased beginning Dec. 3rd will expire 60 days from purchase date.

3. Existing Packages and Passes
Existing Packages and Passes will expire in 8 weeks on Jan. 28th, 2026. (this does not apply to any of our membership programs).

To assist clients in using passes paid for by Jan. 28th , we are more than happy to exchange the value of those passes for any other services we offer, massage excluded.

If you choose to do this, the services you select to exchange will still expire on Jan. 28th, but spreading these passes across multiple services will hopefully make this more doable for you.

If you would like to do this, please email [email protected] indicating:

- Your name, phone number and birth date (this allows us to verify we have the right client).
- The services we offer that you would like us to exchange your passes for

We will then make those changes in your account and reply to you by email indicating how many of those services the value of your current passes will provide....and we promise to “round up” in your favor in determining this!

We express our sincere gratitude to each of you for being the awesome OPT clients that you are and thank you for your support as we make this change.

We want to thank you for your continued support and trust in our IV and IM services. It’s been a pleasure being a part of your wellness journey.

After careful consideration, we’ve made the decision to no longer offer our IV & IM services, effective August 2nd. All IV & IM Memberships have been cancelled.

If you have IV packages or remaining store credit from a membership, you can choose to apply it toward any of our other services such as Semaglutide, Massage, Chiropractic, Sauna, Cryotherapy, Mild Hyperbaric Chamber Therapy, Red Light Therapy, Compression Therapy, as well as UV and Spray Tanning. If you prefer, we are also happy to provide a refund.
