Writing With Style Pens

Bocote .5mm Gold Pencil. This is for a friend that gave me several kits that he didn’t know what to do with. So I’m turning the wood he gave me and making pens, pencils and key rings out of the various parts. Bocote comes from Mexico and Central/South America. It’s a naturally oily wood and can dull cutting tools. It resembles the scent of dill pickles when being worked.

Marauder Curly Macassar Ebony Chrome Football Pen. Macassar Ebony comes from Southeast Asia. This piece is curly, but very hard to see the pattern in the wood due to its dark coloring. Some striping is visible. I’ll sell this pen for $200. Thank you for the blank and pen kit. Turned out beautifully!

X & Cork. X is a color called Polar Ice Swirl which is an Acrylic and of course Cork which comes from the Cork Oak Tree. Love this one! 🧊
