Egg cups, mini quiches, or mini egg muffins- however, we like to call them, these are a great high-protein lunch option that’s easy to make. Once we get the base down, which is eggs, milk, and seasonings, We can interchange add-in’s to tailor them to our family’s taste. Crust less Mini Quiche Healthy, easy, and always ready when you're on the go! I like to make these muffins at the beginning.
Ingredients
12 large eggs
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup milk
2 TBSP fresh parsley, chopped
2 TBSP fresh basil, chopped (or other herb)

Carbs come in different forms. Simple carbs consist of easy to digest sugars. Refined and processed carbs, such as white sugar and white flour, are simple carbs. People who are starting on a low-carb diet need to think about reducing their intake of refined and processed carbs.
