The man behind the magic of The Picky Chemist is Stéphane Ribes. This roaster has become one of most respected micro-roasteries in Europe.

Known for his uncompromising precision, Stéphane treats roasting as both science and art form. Each bean is analyzed with great detail and he spends the time to create perfection in each roast. Every moment of the roasting process is tested and refined.
