Magic Party Buses

We are looking to hire CDL drivers for Magic Party Buses. The vehicles are modified 35-40 foot buses.
It is a part time job and scheduling is flexible. For those qualified, it is a very easy gig to make some great money on the side. We are looking for drivers who would like to drive 1-2 bookings every week or so as well as several candidates who are hungry to work and drive 2-4+ parties a week. Start to finish (including travel time in the bus to and from) each booking averages ~6 hours.
Reservations are primarily Friday nights and Saturdays in the afternoon and evening/night (with some exceptions for corporate event, sporting events (like Chiefs and Royals games), and KU Greek life socials during the week.
All applicants must hold a current DOT medical card and a valid class A or B CDL with passenger endorsement and air brake restriction removed. Drivers must be able to pass a pre employment drug test as well as random drug tests. The more experience and cleaner driving record the better. Applicant must be at least 25 years old and have at least two years of commercial driving experience (insurance requires this). Examples of past work experience could be school bus driver, firefighter, truck driver, ect.
Our shop is located in North Lawrence but we have bookings all over a 100 mile radius.
A great attitude and reliability are very important. Between the hourly pay and mandatory tip on each party, drivers will make a minimum of $30/hr plus additional tips from customers during the party.
