A year in the making, and we’re proud to see it come together.

Select One recently completed a large-scale security upgrade at Walnut Grove Apartments in Kansas City, Missouri. As part of the property’s renovation, the goal was simple: create a safer community with modern, reliable security solutions.

This project included:
• Cloud-based access control with Allegion and Zentra across all 12 apartment buildings and the new clubhouse
• More than 100 AI-powered Speco CCTV cameras
• Fiber infrastructure connecting both the CCTV and access control systems across the entire property
• Secure entry points designed to improve safety for residents and property management
