When one door closes, as they say, one eventually opens. After closing our juice cafe in 2019, Thuy Soldner (a longtime devoted employee and manager) took her passion for cold-pressed juice and started her own company. Now, she and her husband, Jay Soldner own delivering weekly subscriptions of cold-pressed juice blends and protein balls all over town, and soon, extending into the Kansas City market.

What i can tell you for sure is that her juice is delivered to my doorstep every Sunday, and it is the greatest gift I’ve ever bought myself. For those of you who don’t know a lot about cold-pressed juice, it is unpasteurized, therefore the nutrition is still in tact. Her blends are the best I’ve ever had. Her customer service is unlike any other.
