Trivedi Wine

For the last two+ months, we have been focusing on the 2026 grape harvest (our 8th vintage at Trivedi W**e).
This year we welcomed fruit from five local vineyards and one orchard.
-Marquette from Bobwhite Vines in Hartford, KS
-Seyval Blanc, Vignoles, and St. Vincent from Watowa vineyard in Atchison, KS
-Traminette from Bourgmont Vineyards in Bucyrus, KS
-Chambourcin from the Stich vineyard (formerly Hoss vineyard) in Lecompton, KS
-Chambourcin from the Robbins vineyard in Oskaloosa, KS
- juice blend of five apple varieties from South Baldwin Farms in Baldwin City, KS

There is nothing that compares to tasting local fruit and the joy of making w**e from it. Harvest, processing and w**emaking are relentlessly demanding, physically and mentally, but the fulfillment that comes from making the w**e is one of the greatest rewards.
