Today, we were on-site for a perc test at a property currently under contract. This is one of those important behind-the-scenes steps that helps determine how the land can support what comes next.

The testing is handled by the professionals, but our role is to help coordinate, stay present, ask the right questions, and keep things moving for our clients.

Because with land, the details matter.

There’s something about a day on the water that brings things back to what matters.

Our owner/broker, Brian Pine, recently spent time with his family on a fishing excursion at Milford Lake... taking in the wide Kansas sky, enjoying the quiet of the water, and having some pretty good days of fishing, too! (Shoutout to Grandpa Boone's Cabin & Outfitters.)

Kansas gives us a lot to be thankful for. Days like these are good reminders why we’re proud to call it home.
