This month, we're celebrating one of our incredible community partners - Lawrence Kansas Parks and Recreation!

Their impact on our community extends far beyond parks and playgrounds. Through our partnership, they've helped make swim lessons accessible for youth, connected families with scholarships for recreational programs, welcomed young people into extracurricular activities, and provided spaces where our community can gather, learn, and grow.

We know firsthand that parks and recreation programs do so much more than keep kids active. They build confidence, encourage healthy lifestyles, spark new interests, create lasting friendships, and help young people discover what they're capable of.

Thank you to the entire Lawrence Parks and Recreation team for everything you do to strengthen our community. We are grateful for your partnership and for the countless opportunities you help create for the youth and families we serve. Happy Parks and Recreation Month! 💙
