The Church should be known for healing hearts, not hurting them.

Too many people have been wounded—not by the world, but by experiences inside the church. Politics, gossip, favoritism, power struggles, and personal agendas have caused many to question the very place that should have pointed them to Christ.

The Church was never called to promote personalities or protect positions. It was called to share the love of Jesus, restore the broken, and make disciples.

If our traditions, titles, or politics become more important than people, we’ve lost sight of the mission.

It’s time for the Church to look more like Christ and less like the culture around it.

Let’s lead with love. Let’s extend grace. Let’s remember why the Church exists in the first place.

People see the blessing, but they don’t always see the battle.
They don’t see the prayers you prayed.
The tears you cried. The nights you wondered if you were going to make it.
The faith it took to keep going when everything around you was falling apart.

So when God begins to bless your life, don’t be surprised if everyone doesn’t understand it.

They can’t understand your peace by just looking at you. They can’t understand your joy by just looking at you.
They can’t understand your praise by just looking at you.
If they really want to know why you still smile, why you still worship, and why you still have hope…
They have to look to your Father.

Which one hurt you must and how did you get over it?

Have you ever poured so much into other people that you found yourself running on empty?

You’ve been the encourager.
The listener. The helper. The one everybody calls when they need something.

But now you’re tired.

Spiritually tired.Emotionally tired.Mentally tired.

The good news is that God has given you a reserve tank.

When you feel like you’re running on empty, do what David did at Ziklag. Encourage yourself in the Lord.

There comes a point in your walk with God when you stop waiting for somebody else to pray for you, encourage you, or lift you up. You learn how to get in God’s presence for yourself.

If you’re feeling drained today, this word is for you.
Refill your spirit.

Take Your Shoes Off. 🙏🏾

I remember when revival services would end with a report.

How many churches attended. How many choirs sang. How many preachers preached. How much money was collected.

But what about the report that matters most?

How many souls were saved? How many lives were changed? How many people left differently than they came?

Somewhere along the way, we’ve become impressed with numbers and forgotten about transformation.

The church was never called to be a popularity contest. It was called to be a place where broken people encounter a living God.
Maybe it’s time we started measuring revival by changed hearts instead of crowded rooms. 🙏🏾

We’re all under construction.
My struggle may not be your struggle. My test may not be your test.My storm may not be your storm.
But we all have something.
We all face challenges we didn’t ask for.We all hear news we wish we never heard. We all experience loss, disappointment, heartbreak, and uncertainty.
That’s part of the journey called life.

The good news is that God never stops working on us. While we’re navigating life’s highs and lows, He’s still building, shaping, strengthening, and preparing us for what’s next.

Give yourself grace. You’re still under construction. 🙏🏾

What if salvation worked like GPS navigation?

The Holy Spirit says, “Proceed to the highlighted route.”

The route takes you through God’s Word.Through the promise of salvation.Through the love of Christ.Through the assurance that you are a new creation.Through the reminder that greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world.

And at the end of the journey, you hear these words:
“Congratulations. You have reached your destination.”
The good news is that God never loses signal, and His directions never fail. 🙏🏾

Some people think church starts when the service begins.
It doesn’t.
Church starts when God wakes you up on Sunday morning.
Before you ever walk through the church doors, there should already be a praise in your spirit. A thank you on your lips. A hallelujah in your heart.
The worship team shouldn’t have to convince you to worship. The preacher shouldn’t have to convince you to be grateful.
If God woke you up this morning, gave you breath in your body, and started you on your way, you’ve already got a reason to praise Him.
Don’t wait until you get to church to worship. Start now. 🙏🏾
