Ahmed has grown tremendously in his construction knowledge and continues to set the standard for preparation, professionalism, and commitment. His leadership played a key role in our early project completion, and his recent promotion reflects his hard work and drive.

Annual Superintendent Meeting at Laurel Park

On March 20, our superintendents came together at Laurel Park for our annual leadership meeting. It was a chance for our field leaders to connect, share what they’re seeing on jobsites, and talk through the tools and support that help them do their best work.

We covered topics like project startup, safety, quality, scheduling, coordination, equipment, and fleet management — but the real value came from the conversations, collaboration, and experience everyone brought to the table. These moments strengthen our teams and help us stay aligned across every project.
