Requirements
Explain to guests how the player's card entitles them to special benefits including cash back, cash coupons,
special promotions and offerings.
Enroll and create new member accounts,
Review daily event calendar and be familiar with current activities/offerings and all Casino/Hotel current
promotions etc.
Print cash and/or comp vouchers, reprint player cards, issue pin code numbers , enroll new players in
database for new player incentives
Assist with guest complaints, comments and card discrepancies
Run weekly tournaments, including completing sign ups and collecting funds for tournament
Balance drawer accurately
Keep booth area clean and orderly at all times
Provide excellent guest service at all times to the general public and all fellow casino team members
Responsible for rotating gifts on shelf
Keeps shelves clean and presentable
Explain to customers Points Card, Gift Wall, Cash Back procedure and offers.
Open and close club.

Minimum 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Six months previous experience in same or similar role• Must be efficient in player gaming software, word, excel, and social media
Ability to accurately input and access information in the property management system/computers.
Ability to accurately compute accurate mathematical calculations
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
Excellent guest service skills.

Work Varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to stand and or walk for up to 8 hours.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to work in smoke filled environment.
Other duties as assigned.

Summary
Provide information to guests about the benefits of being a player's club member including specials, promotions,
cash back, cash coupons, party invitations and other casino offerings. Assists club members with any questions
and/or concerns regarding the club. Provide courteous and efficient service to all guests.

Requirements
Accurately count :inventory and money at the beginning and end of each shift.
Maintain inventory as assigned.
Understand and market Dotty's/ LRL promotions.
Acknowledge guests in a pleasant manner with appropriate greeting and salutation.
Secure proper ID.
Prepare and serve drinks and food.
Retail sales.
Properly payout guests.
Keep store stocked, clean and well maintained.
Update supervisors on issues relating to operations, i.e.: equipment or processing failures.

Six ( 6) months cash handling experience
Six (6) months customer service experience
At least 21 years of age.

Ability to stand long periods
Ability to bend and lift up to 36 lbs.
Ability to multi task
Ability to be flexible with hours
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer skills

Summary
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: operation the bar that provides guests drinks and food
(comps and sales), cigarette sales and other related customer services, cleaning and inventory duties.
Also includes monitoring site equipment for performance and reliability. Provide information to guests
about the benefits of being a player's club member including specials, promotions, cash back, cash
coupons, party :invitations and other casino offerings.
