🚨New independent personal trainer at ABC!🚨

James House is a personal trainer with more than 30 years experience guiding others in fitness. His approach to each individual person he works with is to discuss client health history, daily activities, and prior experience right before going through an assessment for baseline measurements to use as data so that progress can be seen over time while working towards the reasonable and attainable goals set for the client’s program to move forward until reassessment.

James earned a bachelor’s degree in physical education with concentrations in athletic training & exercise science from Palm Beach Atlantic University before completing an internship with Florida Atlantic University as a Graduate Assistant for Athletic Training and Strength & Conditioning with their Division 1 Sports Program. Since his formal degree work, he has obtained numerous certifications, designations, certificates of completion, continuing education credits, continuing education units and educational enhancements at lectures, seminars, councils, and summits.

Yesterday, at the end of the day, this thing was the brightest, orange and painted the sky with pinks oranges, reds and purples this morning… it looks like all the colors fell out of it yesterday but it’s still working hard!!!

Gorgeous sunrise this morning and a rainbow when I got to work!!!
