"Can I go to space from New Mexico?" 🪐
Answering questions like that is easily the best part of our week. We recently spent a morning at Mesilla Park Community School in Las Cruces to help honor a massive milestone for their 50 Years of Learning Celebration!
We loved getting back in front of the classroom to show these students how they fit into the future of aerospace. Thank you to the staff and students for the warm welcome back. 🙌

Last week the Spaceport America team visited the fantastic 4th graders at Sonoma Elementary School in Las Cruces for a day of STEM outreach. We got to hang out with five different classes to showcase the science of spaceflight, explore material science, and demonstrate the fascinating effects of space on the human body through hands-on demos. 👩🚀👨🚀
