Angela Garcia, CEO of The Toy Box Learning Centers, and Daisy Lira, co-founders of the nonprofit Full Circle NM Full Circle, are a powerhouse duo in early childhood education—one that proves mentorship can flow both ways.

Their bond began seven years ago as educators and grew into a shared mission: to uplift families, advocate for equity, and close the gaps in early childhood systems across New Mexico. What makes their story unique is the dual mentorship at its core—each inspiring, encouraging, and learning from the other.
