They Call Me Cupcake

I primarily do cupcakes but when it’s the hubb’s and MIL’s birthdays I’ll make whatever they want. MIL asked for chocolate, and hubbs always gets an eclair cake so below is my variation.

Chocolate cake with vanilla pudding and graham cracker crust filling, chocolate frosting with chocolate ganache drip.
