I would just like to address a few things! My policy states that the $15 deposit you are required to send in order for an appointment, is NOT refundable. Therefor under no circumstances will I change my policy. Also I would appreciate if only the client coming in for service speaks to me regarding their service. I ask again that you all respect my policies & me as I am a beginner trying to find my way in the business. Thank you❤️
