Just like that, another has come and gone.

WZA has always been my favorite competition, and it’s hands down my favorite weekend of the year. It truly is an honor to be able to throw down at a competition like this, surrounded by some of the fittest athletes in the world.

This isn’t just a competition - it truly is a celebration of fitness, community, and life. It’s something you have to experience to fully understand.

Despite the weather causing our last day of competition to get cancelled, this weekend was incredibly special as always.

The feeling of competing on the big stage in paradise alongside some of my favorite ladies, and , is truly indescribable, let alone getting to finish out the CrossFit Open with 26.3 on the beach with the entire WZA community behind us. To top it off, I got to share the competition weekend with my person ❤️ the people that I get to share this competition with just make this event even more special for me.

Thank you to everyone who supported us this weekend, both before and during the event 🥹

Pain is one thing, but the story you tell yourself about the pain you’re feeling is the second layer of suffering.

You can choose how to respond to pain or discomfort you feel. Remember, it’s not the enemy.

A flare-up doesn’t mean you’re broken, and a bad day doesn’t mean you’re going backwards.

Feel what’s real, release what’s imagined, and keep moving forward.
