The second Tejas Cup will take place at the Laredo Country Club on October 22nd & 23rd, 2022. This will be a Ryder Cup-style competition and will feature Texas Longhorn alumni and friends versus Texas A&M former students and friends in an effort to raise money for the UT Texas Exes Laredo Chapter and the Laredo Texas A&M Club scholarship funds. These scholarships will be given to Laredoans who will be attending the University of Texas or Texas A&M. All money raised goes toward the scholarship funds as each participant is paying for their own cost of participation.
