One of my favorite pizza places in Austin Texas as well. The pizza sauce is so good, all around great pizza.

Quick meal at work i made. Broth is a clear chintan fish & shrimp shell broth, lots umami. Udon noodles, po***ck fish, squid, tomato and broccoli.

Love this Thai dish, its a Lump Crab Thai fried rice served with fresh cucumber, lime, sweet fish sauce (prik nam pla). Hope to make this again soon.

This is my version of a peruvian ceviche. This is citrus cooked mahi mahi, dried corn, red onion, fried sweet potato, leche de tigere sauce (amarillo), squash blossoms, cilantro, sweet potato & habanero purée. So delicious.

This was on a seasonal menu at Katsumi ramen haus restaurant. Crawfish Bisque, served with Jasmine rice and garlic bread. So good

Here's a classic, this is a burger i call The Brat Burger.
Its a 3 meat blend patty cooked with a texas rub, grilled bell peppers,coleslaw, beer braised bratwurst, beer cheese, coarse mustard, ciabatta bun.

Japanese Seafood Doria
Fresh seafood served over a shiitake rice pilaf, gruyere cheese, seafood bechamel sauce, smoked paprika.

This is my California Citrus Shrimp Ceviche, its topped with a tangy Ginger, Habanero & Carrot Vinaigrette. Its a beautiful refreshing dish. Goes great with tostadas.
