A new Shipley donuts location will be coming soon to 2419 E Saunders St suite #105 (across the street from Heb).
Renovations are expected to begin in August and be finished in November of 2025.

A new AutoZone location will be coming soon to 320 W Village Blvd Suite 200 (former border bingo). It will not be taking the entire space it will be in a strip mall.
It is expected to start renovations in January and is expected to be completed by July of 2026.
