We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Laredo, Texas.
Position Summary:
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship will be essential in ensuring the reliable and optimal performance of solar systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the installation team to safely and accurately install solar panels, racking systems, inverters, and electrical components.
- Install and connect wiring, conduits, and other electrical components as required.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in solar panel installation or related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and components.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment.
