Interact ethically and respectfully with homeowners and Erus Energy employees.
Hire and train sales people.
Generate leads and close sales independently.

Qualifications:
Sales experience in home improvement, alarms, home automation, satellite TV service, or solar is helpful.
Lead generation and closing skills are essential to success.
A passion for sales, solar, and making a difference.
A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and access to reliable, professional looking transportation.
Demonstrated ability/desire to perform in high pressure, fast growth company environment.
