My son came back to the gym and we hit some much needed bench! He hit a 70 lb PR with single ply on the widow maker at 325. Super proud of him. Hadn’t benched heavy in over 6 months. Starting with the widowmaker sling. Hit 415, 505 didn’t feel quite right and decided to attempt with more spotters next time. Shoutout to who trained as well and did the camera work
