***Cat and Dog Normal Temperature/ How to Take the Temperature of your Dog***
**Do not forget to apply lubricant jelly to the thermometer before taking the temperature.
Normal body temperature for dogs and cats is 101 to 102.5 degrees Fahrenheit (38.3 to 39.2 degrees Celsius).
Some people and some pets maintain a baseline temperature a little above or below the average, but if your pet's temperature rises above 104 degrees F or falls below 99 degrees F, take him to a veterinarian immediately.

**No olvidemos aplicar lubricante a base de agua al termometro antes de tomar la temperatura.

La temperatura corporal normal para perros y gatos es de 101 a 102.5 grados Fahrenheit (38.3 a 39.2 grados Celsius).
Algunas personas y algunas mascotas mantienen una temperatura de referencia un poco por encima o por debajo del promedio, pero si la temperatura de su mascota sube por encima de 104 grados F o cae por debajo de 99 grados F, llévelo a un veterinario inmediatamente.

****Vaccinations and Deworming Schedule
To prevent kittens from getting Feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukopenia, their first vaccine FRCP vaccine must be given to them as early at 6 weeks old, followed by 2 more sets every 3 weeks.

***Deworming is just as important, they must be dewormed at 2 weeks old, every 2 weeks until 16 weeks (4 months) then, its once every 3 months to prevent parasites from eating them internally, causing fatal death. No vaccine is 100% effective, but if schedule is followed, the chances of them contracting any of the viruses will be slim to none.

*****Calendario de vacunacion y desparasitación
Para evitar que los gatitos contraigan rinotraqueítis viral felina, calicivirus, panleucopenia, se les debe administrar la primera vacuna FRCP a las 6 semanas de edad, seguida de 2 series más cada 3 semanas.

*** La desparasitación es igual de importante, deben desparasitarse a las 2 semanas de edad, cada 2 semanas hasta las 16 semanas
(4 meses) luego, es una vez cada 3 meses para evitar que los parásitos las coman internamente, causando la muerte fatal. Ninguna vacuna es 100% efectiva, pero si se sigue el cronograma, las posibilidades de que contraigan alguno de los virus serán escasas o nulas.

*****What does DHPPv vaccine stand for?
This is the vaccine that helps prevent your puppies and dogs from contracting Distemper, Hepatitis (Adenovirus), Parvo-virus, and Paraininfluenza

**New born puppies must be vaccinated as early as 6 weeks old, followed by 2 more sets, 3 weeks apart. Then once every year with their yearly vaccines as adult dogs.

***The Dhppv vaccine does not include Rabies, and bordatella; those are separate vaccines.

**No vaccine is 100% effective, but if vaccinations are administered on your pets accordingly, the chances of them contracting any of these viruses will be slim to none.

***** ¿Qué significa la vacuna DHPPv?
Esta es la vacuna que ayuda a prevenir que sus cachorros y perros contraigan moquillo, hepatitis (andrenovirus), parvovirus y paraininfluenza.
