These photos are from their end-of-year picnic at Gateway Natural Area in the Poudre Canyon yesterday. They had a nice hike and a fun morning of making memories as they wrapped up elementary school.
We’re so proud of this group — the next chapter awaits!

Our school community is strongest when we show up for each other — and the LaPorte Festival on Saturday, May 30 is a great chance to do just that. 🤗💛

CLPE PTO will be there supporting the Kids Corner, connecting with families at our PTO table, and hosting a clothing swap to support local students and families. But we can’t do it without volunteers. 🎉🎈🎶🎨

We still need help with:
• Festival shifts (just 2 hours between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.)
• Set-up and take-down

Foam party fun! 🫧☀️
So many smiles, laughs and well-earned celebration after all that learning — what a way to wrap it up!

Foam Party Reminder – Tomorrow, May 26! 🫧☀️

Our school-wide foam party is tomorrow to celebrate reaching our Read-A-Thon goal — and it’s always a favorite!

What to wear/bring:
✅ Comfortable clothing (or swimsuit) that can get wet & soapy
✅ Dry clothes for after
✅ Towel to dry off and wrap up
✅ Waterproof sunscreen
✅ Optional: goggles

Kids who play in the foam will likely get wet and soapy — part of the fun! The foam is biodegradable, non-toxic, non-staining, unscented and hypoallergenic, so it’s safe for everyone to enjoy.
