Drainage issue solved, and furnace fixed!!
Today i a call from someone I’ve done work for previously. She said she was having some drainage problems and remember that I owned a snake so I swung by snaked out her tub, kitchen, and basement. After I dress the main problem, I went downstairs and looked at the furnace and found out that the pressure sensor was bad. Got that going and got the heat kicked on in this cold weather.
At the end of the day, we got a happy homeowner and a happy handyman. Happy Friday everybody!!!

Rotted wood taken care of, and stairs secured!!
We did this storm door at the beginning of January and she was sold on getting the nasty wood at the bottom taken care of too, got in there with some treated wood instead. Used the concrete slab under the stairs to secure and level the stairs. Happy to get it looking right!!

Appliance install and upper cabinet with William Smith!! Sadly don’t get to do the flooring in the house another company is, can’t wait for the final product of this house gunna look great!!
