7 years ago my mom passed away from COPD...the last 2-3 years of her life were difficult with doctors, hospitals and rehabilitation centers. We even traveled to Cleveland hospital to see if they could give her more time. She survived the heart surgery but passed on the table during the colon surgery but they brought her back.
