So the movie experience is officially dead. Very disappointed in NCG Cinemas .
I totally felt like i was just money. Everything is self serve and you cant just walk up to a ticket booth any more. I walked un and was told to walk thru i large set of stansions to the counter. It is Wednesday morning - no one is here - but i get hearded like cattle to the counter where 2 workers totally ignmore me. Someone of authority came over and told them to help me and they did with poor service. I felt like a bother. 30 bucks by the end of Concessions - Prices continue to increase while pop glasses get smaller and this employee cant even look me in the eye and stop what she was doing for 5 secs. Self serve popcorn - No ushers taking tickets - i could of snuck in. The experience is gone. Its not fun or an adventure. I can stream at home for cheaper and stay in my PJs. No wonder theaters are suffering. I hate to say that this used to be the theater i loved - i did numerous shows at and once worked at.
This movie buff is finding a better more traditonal way.
Lost 1 more - so not worth the money or time!
