Another full day of learning, networking, and Project SEARCH team members presenting at break out sessions.

After a day of learning it’s time to have some fun at the City Museum. Lots of laughs and fun times with colleagues.

Kicking off our learning day with the question ‘What if…’

Congratulations to our sites on their hard work in getting our state in the top 5 for hiring outcomes in the US.

We also spied a few of our team members sharing their knowledge as breakout session presenters.

Tonight was the welcome dinner and outcome awards for the 2024-25 cohorts.
Michigan rocked it!
11 sites earned the Excellent Outcome Awards (70-90% successful hiring rate) & 2 sites earned the Outstanding Outcome Award for 100% employment!

Congratulations to our Project SEARCH site at Corewell Health Farmington Hills on their closing celebration.
Currently 2 graduates are hired (One at the Hospital and one at a local bakery)

Project SEARCH offers training for young adults with disabilities - C & G Newspapers TROY — A school-to-work training program for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities is changing lives.

Congratulations to our Project SEARCH site at Duncan Aviation who celebrated graduation on June 3, 2026.
Three of their interns have secured employment and are working full time; one intern was hired in at the host site, Duncan Aviation during his 3rd internship! Congratulations! We wish continued success to all of our interns!!
