Picture this: A mother, her heart heavy with worry, faces the prospect of navigating the labyrinth of healthcare appointments for her seriously ill child.

Another family, their world revolving around the NICU, grapples with the unforeseen need for urgent medical attention.

Stories like these are what fuel our commitment to action. What fuels yours?

Help us meet the urgent and ever-growing demand for immediate transportation to medical appointments for our TDP families, by signing up as a volunteer driver: https://thedaviesproject.org/get-involved/

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

We’re grateful for their sacrifice and for the freedoms their courage has made possible, including special time with friends and family this holiday weekend. The Firehouse is closed today, but we’ll see you back in the office on Tuesday!

Have a safe and meaningful Memorial Day weekend!

The emotional toll of having a sick child is overwhelming, and for families without reliable transportation, the stress can be unbearable.

During Mental Health Awareness Month this May, we’re grateful for the important connection our drivers provide to families who are dealing with the emotional effects of their child’s long-term illness or health crisis. The connection we’re able to provide to the larger community helps families feel less isolated and a little more supported, and it’s all thanks to drivers and donors like you.
