Today we continue celebrating iconic women in the beauty industry during black history month. One of my absolute favorites, the legendary Pat McGrath!! She needs no introduction. McGrath is the first MUA to be named a Dame Commander of the British Empire for her service to the fashion, beauty and diversity industries. Known for a unique and individualized approach, she often uses her hands instead of brushes, and experiments with bold pigments to feathers and ornaments. She designs looks for numerous runway shows for major fashion houses, such as Versace, Prada, and Louis Vuitton.
