We're hiring! We're looking for the right mix of teenagers and ex-cons to work in a fast-paced environment. We offer a generous starting wage of $7/ hour plus full benefits, including 5% off (mandatory) shift meals and tip sharing when our managers have a bit too much to drink. MUST have open availability.

You can apply in person if you happen to catch our owner actually at the restaurant and not out of state.

You haven't lived until you've tried our Eggplant Peach Soup. It's on special tonight $8 a cup, $6 a bowl. We had a mixup with our supplier, and our cups are much larger than our bowls. Don't ever rely on Roscoe for anything.

Free dinner for a year if you can guess our manager Erin Brains's Social Security Number. It's an easy one. We were surprised when we saw it on her W2. Comment with your guess below. We'll let you know if you're right!

We got the air fryer going. We're doing our wing special. 10 for $15 or 15 for $25. NO SHARING. You will be asked to leave if you share. LEMON PEPPER ONLY. We might have dips, but people who order French fries get first dibs. Remember to tip management!

We aren't a real restaurant. We are an April Fools' Day joke. HOWEVER, we got a bunch of followers and are thinking of just keeping the page up as a fake, satirical restaurant. If that sounds appealing to you, please react or comment on this post. If this post gets more engagement than the deep-fried olive burger post, we'll keep it going. Otherwise, we'll flush it.

Also, anyone caught with a scale will be banned from our restaurant. Our steaks are the exact weight we say they are.

We had a little friends and family event today and are overjoyed by this tip left by an anonymous diner! We look forward to splitting it among the managers.

Wow. Things are really moving along today! When we picked up the keys this morning, we never imagined we could have a friends and family dinner this evening, but we are! Please only come by if you are friends or family. If you have to ask, you aren't.

Our stuffed hot dogs are to die for! We take leftover mashed potatoes from the previous day (we always have plenty since they aren't on the menu) and stuff them in Hebrew National hot dogs cut lengthwise. We top it with mustard and paprika for an elevated Midwest treat.

Why the Masonic Temple?

We considered buying several locations: the Potter Park Bridge, Mr. Taco, Ellison's recently closed REO Town location, etc. However, the Masonic Temple was best because it's the only spot large enough to serve as Lansing Foodies headquarters.

Preserving history is also important to us. We want to keep as much of the Masonic Temple's original architecture as possible. We also like that the building is definitely haunted.
