I am saddened to say that Facebook has made it impossible for me to sell through FB Marketplace. My customer purchased an item from me, and paid for shipping. However, when I went to drop off the package at the Post Office, they were unable to accept the package as the USPS tracking number did not pull up in their system. I was suggested to contact FB in order to find a way to help my customer. However, not only did I not get help, I was avoided and refused service. I was told that I would have to pay Again for a package my customer had already paid good money for. They refused to refund my customer without canceling the entire order. I have asked for a supervisor or department manager and Sadly I am too small a company to hurt their sales.
Know that as I move forward, I will be keeping my online website open and accepting orders. However, I find that due to this Terrible issue I cannot in good conscience help steal from my customers.

Hi. My Name is Karen, and I recently opened my online store Midnite's Retail and More. We offer new clothes that were wholesale or liquidation stock. Our goal is to offer people a chance to get affordable clothing without having to leave their homes. Covid changed things for a lot of people, and not everyone can afford to either go thrifting...time constraints; or buy from department stores. My prices are based on the prices I receive from my suppliers. As my business grows, my goal is to offer the same savings that you would receive if you had the time in today's busy life. All clothing is brand new, however in order to take pictures clothing will have been removed from their original bags.
