Howdy neighbors, most people have experienced the shock and pain of rolling an ankle or spraining an ankle. It's so much worse when it happens AGAIN. I'm Dr. Chris Sovey of Healthy Consumer Physical Therapy serving the Lansing community. Check out how doing home exercises along with physical therapy can help reduce the risk of repeat ankle injuries.
If you roll your ankle again and again, don't tough it out - get help for ankle rolling and sprains. Recurrent rolled ankles and ankle sprains are a troublesome problem- particularly for aging populations and adults who love to walk, bike, and enjoy activities that require weight-bearing and movement.
