The construction world is ever-changing, and technology has become the cornerstone of how successful projects get done. In this changing landscape, WIELAND is looking for an IT Director to drive the firm’s digital transformation and fuel future growth.

This role is comprehensive, spanning every area of WIELAND’s technology ecosystem. The IT Director will:

Build and maintain an integrated technology backbone that serves as a single, reliable, and accessible source of data

Travel to project sites to deploy jobsite connectivity

Manage all company hardware, mobile devices, wireless connectivity, and administer the corporate stack

Own federal security and compliance, including DoD protocols, NIST SP 800-171, CMMC Level 2, and JCP sustaining certification and assessment readiness

If you have experience building an integrated technology backbone, achieving or maintaining CMMC Level 2 certification, or working hands-on with construction and enterprise systems, we’d love to connect.

Amanda recently visited Eaton Rapids School’s Lockwood Elementary and Lansing School District’s Cumberland Elementary School to share the opportunities that await students after graduation. Through lessons in financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurship, students are gaining valuable skills that will help them succeed both in and out of the classroom.
