Summer Enrollment begins Monday March 23rd!

We are a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED program. If we fill up, your child will be placed on a waitlist.

Due to the East Intermediate Child Care License, students must be 5 years old before the start of Summer Program (June 8th).

Calendars must be submitted via email or in person within 24 hours of completing the enrollment packet. If calendars are not submitted within 24 hours, you will lose your spot in the queue. (Brightwheel submissions are date and time stamped.)

All unpaid balances must be paid IN FULL prior to enrollment. (Exception: if you receive DHHS tuition scholarship)
DHHS does NOT cover ACTIVITY FEES. There will be a fundraiser available starting 3/19/26 to help cover the cost of activity fees.
(To clarify, DHHS does not cover activity fees but if you have a credit large enough to cover them, it will be taken from your credit. We just do not bill DHHS for those fees.)

All registration fees and activity fees are due by the due date on the invoice that you will receive if you secured a spot.

Please allow Hanna and I a MINIMUM of 48 hours after submission to inquire about your position in the queue as we will be getting enrollment packets approved as quickly as possible.

Waverly Student Center child care program is currently looking for an associate teacher in our K-6th grade before and after school program for the 2025/2026 School Year and beyond. The shifts that we are looking to fill are 6:15am-8:30am and 3:15pm-6pm with some extra hours on early release days (11:15am-6pm) and no school days (6-7 hour shifts, hours vary). The pay rate is $15.50/hour for this position.

(MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD OR OLDER AND HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION)

This is a position that could potentially lead to Summer employment as well if interested.
