Recently I joined members of the community to celebrate State Water Trails by kayaking down the Grand River!

We launched at Moores Park and paddled all the way down to Rotary Park. Kayaking down the Grand is always a great time, and I urge Lansing residents and visitors to explore our river trails and waterways this summer!

Proud to join my friends from Lansing Pride, along with City Clerk Chris Swope, and City Councilmembers Ryan Kost and Tamera Carter, and many members of the LGBTQ+ community today to raise the Pride Flag on the flagpole outside City Hall!
