Spent my Sunday negotiating two different offers for my sellers, running all possible numbers and scenarios to get the best offer possible, and hand cutting over 1,000 flyers to go out on Fat Boys pizza boxes for the Easter Egg Scramble! Just a day in the life!

Wanted to congratulate miss Kaela on her 2 year home-iversary!!!! 🏡❤️ We only looked at 2 houses and she knew the second one was home. I’m excited to see even more special moments & memories that’ll be made there as she continues to grow her family, and I feel grateful to be a small part of that journey! 🥹🥰
