Includes one parking space immediately behind the loft, all utilities (water, gas and electric), wireless, Netflix and Hulu and tons of long-term storage above the kitchen and bathrooms. This unit is located at the back of the building in the heart of Old Town so you have a prime location to access shops, restaurants and festivals without any of the street noise! We're located immediately next door to Meat and above the soon-to-open Good Truckin’ restaurant, you’ll always have amazing smells and a place to go for a wonderful meal. Just bring your stuff, forward your mail and you’re home! Landlord (and neighbor) is an avid gardener so for three seasons of the year you’ll be surrounded by beautiful flowers and overlook a city block of gardens. $1750 per month plus one month deposit.
