Replacing some lost straps and the house k**b for the service wires, that's the connection point for the utility wires to attach to the home😀

Service upgrade prompted by an emergency fix (lost neutral🤯) and moving the electrical panel to the main floor.

Loose wires cause fires🔥: Looking at the left side of this panel, you can see some "brown" wires, those are actually the neutral or "white" wires from the individual branch circuits. Likely, due to corrosion, the wires have come loose and are not connected well causing a situation that would have lead to a fire. We noticed this on an unrelated trip to the customer's home and were able to help this customer by replacing the neutral bar and re-terminating the damaged wires.
