This project was a big one for me! We started by removing the driveway, and extending the gable end of the existing garage by 16 feet. A 14x40 foot lean-to third stall was added. All new concrete for garages, driveway and approach was brought in. The exterior of the entire home was redone with new siding, fascia, soffit and gutters. A 12x24 foot mudroom was created at the existing entry into the kitchen. In this mudroom, we put a walk-in pantry, 1/2 bath, laundry and locker bank with boot box. All the cabinets and shelving were custom made. This project was my first time building custom cabinets! The flooring is new luxury vinyl plank. A huge thank you to the Clare family for the opportunity! I’m proud of this final product!

This simple and easy product was a great way to update the exterior of this sun porch! Turned out amazing and the client loved it! Looks like real stone!
