This monster is stuffed with Brazilian braised brisket, Patagonian potatoes, grilled poblanos & onions and pepper jack cheese in a grilled pressed tortilla - then topped with smoky tomato demi and avocado salsa.
It's massive, messy and absolutely worth it.
