Conditions are currently among the worst in the world, so please prioritize staying indoors, keeping windows closed, and running your AC with a high-quality filter. Avoid strenuous outdoor activities and check on neighbors or loved ones who may be sensitive to the poor air.

Public parks are the heart of our neighborhoods. Today, we cut the ribbon on the new Bicentennial Park splash pad to give our community's kids a great place to stay cool this summer. Grateful to our local officials and Parks Department staff who brought this project across the finish line!

Stop by, bring the kids, and maybe stand back from the water bucket unless you’re looking to get drenched.
