Lansdowne Public Library

Earlier this afternoon, an exhaust fan in one of the bathrooms at the Lansdowne library caught fire. It was quickly brought under control with no smoke or water damage to the building. Thank you to the Lansdowne Police and Fire Departments for your speedy response. Special thanks to library patron, Richard Thomas, for springing into action to extinguish the fire, and to another patron who helped by holding open the bathroom door.

The Library is currently open until 8PM tonight!
