Oftentimes, you don’t see Black and Brown bodies being properly assessed, trained, educated, and cared for in wellness spaces. That’s part of why I do what I do.

Miami was a reminder that representation matters. Different faces. Different backgrounds. Different techniques. Different swag. One mission.

From beach vibes to bodywork, movement, healing, and education — this is bigger than stretching. This is about showing people what’s possible.

I’m committed to continuing to travel this world, serve people, teach, heal, and create spaces where our communities feel seen, valued, and empowered.

This isn’t just work for me. It’s purpose.
