Here is a bathroom we completed with a wet room. A wet room combines the bathtub and shower together behind a full or partial enclosure that keeps water out of the rest of the bathroom. Wet rooms have become very trendy in the past few years and designers use this strategy to make the most of bathroom space. Wet rooms create a luxury bathhouse feel that is both visually appealing and functional. With a wet room concept there is no standing in the tub while taking a shower, which is roomier and more comfortable. When the kiddos are bathing, they can splash as much as they want and any water that escaped the tub will simply hit the shower floor and go down the drain.
